Three girls from the Interact club provided us with a lot of insight on their projects for the year.  I don't think we're all aware of just exactly how much these kids do.  They are constantly active in their school as well as in the community giving their time, effort and themselves.

Just a short list of some of their activities includes: Visiting Blocher Homes to spend time with the residents, painting their nails, playing songs on the piano, and doing crafts.  Visited Ronald MacDonald House and used their own (Interact) money to buy food.  They'll soon visit School 45 which is an international school which means there is very little English spoken there.  Collecting coats, hats, gloves, scarves etc. in January for the less fortunate who need them.  Raising money to buy Christmas gifts for two of our Gateway Angels.  Christmas cards for our troops as well as helping (actually running) in the Full Circle Home project.  Doing a Chiavetta's chicken barbeque to raise funds for St. Jude's Hospital.  There were many more projects, too numerous to mention.  This Interact club is 60 kids strong, and the level of enthusiasm they have and generate is unimaginable.  Although these 60 kids are the stars,  a special mention has to go out to John Crawford, who is our representative and advisor to the club.
